Our executive board is elected annually by members in good standing. Each officer leads a specific functional area and serves on the shared leadership council.

How our officer structure works
All officers share a common dashboard and attend the same monthly leadership meetings. Each director's title unlocks the tools and responsibilities specific to their role.
Officers are elected by members in good standing at the annual spring election meeting. Terms run the academic year. Any member in good standing may run for any office.
The Chair presides over all meetings and holds final authority on organizational decisions. The Vice-Chair supports the Chair and fills in during any absence.
New officer positions may be added by amendment to the bylaws. The permissions system is designed to accommodate new roles without requiring changes to the website or software.
